Our latest low carbon district heating project has come to a successful end, at the residential apartment building – Whincover Grange in Leeds.
Working with our longstanding client Cenergist, we have completed the installation of a full heating system, using heat interface units and air source heat pumps, replacing old storage heaters and hot water cylinders in each of the Resident’s properties.
This scheme at Whincover – a 12-storey tower block consisting of 45 properties, plays its part in a wider programme by Leeds City Council, which aims to improve energy efficiency within the Council’s housing portfolio, helping to reduce energy bills and create greater environmental benefits for the city.
