Quite literally, as the riser pipework now reaches the 5th floor of the 9 floor, 148 room Hotel, currently being built in the heart of East London, on Whitechapel Road.
Working with client Bamford Trust PLC, the TSM Heating team are responsible for the full mechanical scope at the building, including plant room, distribution, kitchen, and bathroom installations. Sanitary ware has also now arrived at the site ready to for the first-fix phase to commence.
Having mobilised at the start of December 2022, the efficient works programme will complete in time for the facility to open its doors and receive customers this November.
This progress demonstrates yet another amazing effort from all our teams, as we remain right on schedule.
