- Low Carbon
Value : £350k
Programme : 12 Weeks
Size : 2 Blocks
Working for Enfield Council, we delivered these works as part of first retrofit project at Naylor Grove & South Place in Enfield.
We were responsible for fully connecting two medium housing blocks to Energetik’s Ponders End Heat Network. Gas was completely removed, followed by the installation of a completely new heat network infrastructure to equip the homes with future proof, low-carbon heating technology.
Connected homes will benefit from a lower carbon, more efficient, and safer heat and hot water supply, whilst contributing to local air quality improvements.
The project is supported by Enfield Council and will provide key insights for future connection opportunities at scale, as part of its broader commitment to achieve net zero by 2040.
