We were appointed by Canterbury City Council directly to carry out the re-plumbing scheme at Cranmer House retirement living complex in Canterbury, Kent.
The 2 storey sheltered living facility was constructed in 1983, and features 32 studio apartments. The complex also boasts communal Lounge, Dining room, Laundry, Hairdressing salon, Library and kitchen facilities, all requiring the plumbing upgrades to achieve improved building services performance and efficiency across the entire site.
Our team of experienced commercial heating engineers carefully coordinated a detailed phased programme, carrying out tasks in synchronised cohesion, to ensure that the residents, staff and visitors at the complex (who remained in situ throughout) experienced the absolute minimum levels of disruption.
