TSM were responsible for installing the distribution pipework and pump sets for the Low Carbon Heat Network programme at Bancroft Towers in Leeds, Yorkshire.
The low carbon heat was produced from a new GSHP shared loop system across 4 tower blocks, supplying a total of 188 properties.
After the successful completion of the heating network, TSM completed the internal domestic installations to occupied residents’ properties, utilising the Ground Source Heat Pump and Sunamp for hot water.
New pipework and radiators were installed throughout, replacing the existing inefficient storage heaters.
