Sequence of works:
- Relocation of Appliances and Fittings
- Strip-out (inc. wall tiles, pipe boxing & decorations)
- Installation of new kitchen units
- Fit pipe boxing
- Renew existing hot and cold water supply
- Install Sure Stop
- Undertake Electrical Condition Report (Periodic Test)
- Install new power ring main & cooker circuit
- Renew kitchen light fitting & extractor fan
- Install Heat Detector
- Fit new wall tiling, vinyl floor covering and new plaster finish
- Install CO2 alarm with radio bases and smoke alarm
