South East Boiler Programme

TSM were commissioned on behalf of K&T Heating Services to utilise our Mechanical Domestic Team to replace all existing boilers within their residential contracts across the Southeast region.

Delivering an average of 4,000 boiler installations per year on the programme, our assigned delivery team of 35 mobile engineers have fine-tuned their K&T contract approach to an efficient delivery solution that causes minimal resident disruption whilst ensuring a quick and safe turnaround.
