We’re pleased to share the successful completion of our mechanical package at Meridian Point, located on Creek Road in Greenwich! 👏
This project involved a comprehensive mechanical installation following extensive fire and water damage, as well as prior demolition works, within a mixed-use space.
Our works covered 9 residential apartments and 2 duplex units.
Scope of works included: 🚧
🔥 Installation of new individual boilers
♨️ Heating circuits and new radiators
🚰 New drainage and waste pipework throughout
💧 Hot and cold-water services
🛁 First and second fix for kitchens and bathrooms
🏢 All communal mains and stack work
The project has been completed to a high standard, restoring full functionality across the development. Successfully delivered alongside Brennans, we look forward to continuing to work together on future projects.
