We are thrilled to announce that TSM has secured a new contract with Fairview New Homes for their Victoria Quarter development in New Barnet. This exciting project is set to commence in April, with our team spearheading the installation of underground district heating mains.
Our scope of work includes installing pre-insulated plastic fusion weld systems in trenches, branching off to each block with isolation valves and flushing points. This critical component will ensure the district heating system is fully operational within the specified timeline, facilitating the smooth progression of the overall development.
Given the site’s high activity and proximity to the roadside, our work will be meticulously planned in stages to avoid any impact on the schedule.
