Last week, we got the whole TSM team together in the local near our offices, for a rare chance to all catch up and celebrate our recent growth and contract successes.
With so many of our heating engineers being mobile and based out on-site, these rare opportunities are so important for us, allowing staff to spend time together, both office-based and site-based, encouraging open communication lines between staff and promoting working collaboration.
It was great to see so many of the team together and we very much look forward to the next one!
