Harrow Sheltered Living

We are very pleased to share the news that our latest Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) installation projects have been successfully completed, at Alma Court & Meadfield Retirement Living sheltered accommodation facilities in Harrow, Middlesex.

Having started in April this year, our five-month programme saw us supply, install, test and commission new Ground Source Heat Pump copper services at each complex, before our skilled engineers then undertook a phased programme to replace the existing LTHW pipework and emitters in each individual dwelling. We then installed state-of-the-art Shoebox Units, distribution services, and radiators.

The new GSHP system efficiently distributes heat throughout the buildings, working in tandem with the existing Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) services to reach every dwelling, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced bills.

All our work was completed without any disruption caused to the residents and staff of Alma Court & Meadfield, as we ensured that both facilities remained fully operational throughout.
